Fish eye and Frog eye lenses

iSON Moulding started with what is commonly known as the Fish eye and Frog eye lens range (commonly recognised as Round and Oval domed shape lenses). The 20mm thick domed section in the middle allows for maximum optical visualisation of your chosen branding. Whether you are looking for an illuminated or non-illuminated lens, this is the perfect range to purchase.

As the demand for our lenses grew, iSON Moulding made the decision to invest in a second standard round lens, these are classed as 82mm Round but with very small diameter changes to the overall size. Introducing this second size to the range meant we could satisfy clients with varying print processes, allowing us to broaden our customer base whilst meeting existing customer challenges.

Flat lenses or Bevelled edge lenses

Launched in 2017, the flat lens range is new to our product portfolio. We made the decision to introduce these after noticing that laser cut lenses in public houses didn’t look as attractive as injection moulded lenses within the brewery sector.

We knew that the laser cut lens was a ‘budget lens’ compared to the Fish eye or Frog eye range, but even so, we believed that it should still look good in situ, giving the brand maximum exposure within its class. We have taken the approach of adding a gentle radius all the way round the outside edge of the lens giving it a smooth gentle look rather than the harshness you receive from the laser cut lens. With iSON Mouldings’ knowledge and experience we set about coming up with a combination of bevelled flat lenses, 6mm thick and 3mm thick in Round as well as Oval for the market place.
